Recipe Friday: Lemonade Pie

I had not had Lemonade Pie in years until Picky Sticky made one for her 4th of July festivities this week. I hadn't thought about it either and that's a shame. Lemonade Pie has a lot to recommend it, especially is this it's-too-hot-to-cook weather.

It's cold, tasty, and so easy you don't have to turn on the stove.


LEMONADE PIE

1 graham cracker pie crust
1 10 oz. tub of Cool Whip topping, thawed
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 6 oz. can frozen concentrate lemonade, thawed

Mix Cool Whip and Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk. Blend in  lemonade concentrate. Pour mixture into pie crust and freeze. Let thaw just enough so you can cut it.
