Five Southern Writers Have Their Say
I just finished a book called "Switched" by Amanda Hocking (excellent YA about a Changling)Reading: "Eat That Frog" by Brian Tracy (its a time management/stop procrastination book)I'm trying to read one fiction one non-fiction. (For some reason non-fiction is hard...LOL)
Cheryl is reading Fodor's Arizona in preparation for the BCS Game!
Hey guys, look for me in the stands...I'll be wearing orange!I have to say it: WAR EAGLE!!!!!
Orange? Cheryl, who would have guessed! LOL! War Cam Eagle!!!I have to say that I'm so in love with The Admiral's Penniless Bride. An unconventional hero, the kind I'm drawn to. Woot! Now on to reading...
Jean, I loved The Lady Most Likely! I've been on a Regency kick since Thanksgiving and can't seem to let go of it. I even attempted making cranberry-orange scones! They were horrible by the way. I think scone-making must take lots of practice! lol I'm reading A Countess By Christmas by Annie Burrows. Mary, I need to get the frog book. My time management skills are terrible!Woohoo Cheryl!! War Eagle!!
Cheryl--Hope you have a great time! Have you been to Arizona before? Don't let the days fool you. It will be cold at night.Sherry--Did you use cream? You have to use cream.
Yummy....wish I had a scone right now!
War Eagle, Cheryl!! As for what I'm reading...too much. Not only am I reading a pile of books right now. I'm reading test books as well...School has started and well I joined in. Can't let everyone else have all the fun. :) Between all the kids, hubby taking a full load, work, and myself taking a full load. IT'S BUSY!! HAHAHAHA! I LOVE IT!
I'm reading DUKES TO THE LEFT OF ME, PRINCES TO THE RIGHT by Kieran Kramer. Her second novel by St. Martin's Press. It's a Regency Romp and fabulous. I just finished my entire paperback TBR pile during the holidays. I loved Lynn Raye Harris's first two books and can't wait to get my paws on the rest. Happy Reading.
