  1. I'm reading a category romance with four mini love stories in it. I can't remember the title--but the stories are a nice light read.

  2. UNTAMED ROGUE has a fabulous cover, which caught my eye right away. ;)

  3. I am reading BEGINNING WITH THEIR BABY by Tracy Wolff. It's a July Harlequin SuperRomance, and since I'm pitching to Super, I wanted to read as many of the recent ones as I could.

I really should be reading my pitch aloud. Of course, I really should WRITE it. I'm procrastinating like crazy on that.

  4. That's actually what I've have been doing, PM. My full is with HQN Mills & Boon now and I'm trying to read as much from that line as I can.

You're going to do great with that pitch! Rest easy. ;)

  5. PM - you will do great on the pitch! Just remember to breathe! And remember to let everyone know how it went! (I'll be at home and won't know anything) I am sure you will get a request! Best of luck!

  7. I'm primarily reading Super Romances, American Romances, Modern Heats, and any category I can get my paws on--my full is at Mills & Boon. I'm pitching another MS to a Blaze editor and to an agent. I've got my pitch done and am in the process of practicing it now. I'm actually gearing up for when we return--I have a HUGE plan of attack for 2010/2011 and I can't wait to get started.

  8. Cheryl and Sarah--You have given me a good idea. I need to stop reading what I'm reading and reread something I love. I am going in 47 different directions and I need an old friend.

Like some of you, what I am mostly reading is my pitches. I was going on and on about it, including much praise for my friends Kira and Kathy for their help, but it was turning into a full fledged blog. Tune in Monday. Meanwhile, if you are still working on your pitch go over the Writers' Playground and read the article by Pitch Queen, Kira Sinclair. Follow it, and you will succeed.

I'm going to put in the link but you may have to copy and paste it.
